1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using naemn ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

naemn is a salon management platform that allows salon owners and stylists to manage appointments, services, and clients. Customers can discover salons and book appointments online via our website and mobile application.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your password and account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

naemn offers subscription plans (Solo and Team) as described on our Pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees via our payment processor.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Cancellation Policy

Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010, you are entitled to cancel a transaction with naemn as described below.

For a one-time purchase, you may cancel within 14 days of the transaction date or of receiving the required disclosures, whichever is later. For an ongoing (subscription) transaction, you may cancel at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period as described in Section 4.

To cancel, notify us by phone or email using the contact details in Section 13 below. If the service has not yet been provided and the cancellation is not due to a defect or a discrepancy between the service and its description, we may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower. No cancellation fee applies if the cancellation is due to a defect in the service or a discrepancy in its description.

Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation notice, using the same payment method used for the original charge, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Individuals with disabilities, senior citizens, and new immigrants (as defined by law) are entitled to additional cancellation rights under Section 14c1 of the Consumer Protection Law, including cancellation by phone and an extended cancellation period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through the platform.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the service.

7. Bookings and Appointments

naemn acts as a platform connecting customers with salon owners. Appointment availability, confirmation, and fulfillment are the responsibility of the individual salon. naemn is not responsible for cancellations, no-shows, or service quality at any salon.

Customers are responsible for arriving on time and honouring bookings. Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the naemn platform are the property of naemn or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without prior written permission.

By uploading content (such as profile images or salon photos) to naemn, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store that content for the purpose of providing the service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, naemn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or to naemn.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
